It includes an open air filter element that is exposed or partially enclosed, providing a throaty sound and a deep growl when you step on the gas. The one-piece steel heat-shield and air box replace your factory stock air box and intake duct, virtually eliminating any restrictions between the filter element and your turbo or throttle body.

Only with aFe can you choose the filter media that best provides the airflow and convenience you demand. For maximum airflow, choose the Pro 5R progressive five-layer air filter. Air intakes with the Pro 5R filter element provide the highest airflow levels for the largest gains in horsepower and torque. For the convenience of a dry filter element, choose the Pro Dry-S filter element and never oil your intake filter again. The Pro Dry-S air filter is easier to service than conventional, oil impregnated pleated media or foam filters. For maximum protection, choose the Pro-Guard 7 filter element with the progressive seven-layer filter design. The Pro-Guard 7's patented seven-layer media provides maximum airflow and extended service intervals.
